01 / A note for today

Notice what is already around you

An interesting leaf, the light through a window, a familiar tree on your walk. You do not need a distant destination to find something worth noticing.

There is no perfect way to do it. Start with what you have and keep the parts you enjoy.

01 — THE CUP

Keep it personal.

Choose a tea for its taste and aroma. Follow the brewing directions on its packet, then adjust your next cup to your preference.

02 — THE SPACE

Leave a little room.

Clear one small surface. Set down a cup and a book, or leave the space empty. It does not need to look like anyone else’s.

03 — THE MOMENT

Pay attention.

Look out of the window. Write down one observation. Let a familiar part of your day become something you notice again.
